Ryan Stano

Ryan manages V20’s proprietary database and assists the Recruiting staff with select searches. He started with V20 in May of 2021 as a Sales and Recruiting Executive, helping recruiters make placements. From there he began strategically improving V20’s database and implementing new processes to allow the company to serve its clients in a more efficient and effective manner. Stano was promoted to Research and Sourcing Manager in May of 2022. Before joining V20, Ryan spent over three years recruiting for Health Care and Home Improvement Industries companies. Ryan graduated from THE Ohio State University with a degree in Economics. He is an avid golfer and a big fan of the Indianapolis Colts.
