Service Advisor
Are you an experienced service advisor? Do you love the mountains? This position offers the chance to live and work in one of the nation’s premier snowmobiling destinations. The main focus for a Service Advisor is to provide EXCELLENT Customer Service with every customer. Make recommendations on service needs. Create great relationships and trust with customers. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information. Be a liaison between the customer and the technician. Be a great team player to ensure that the vehicle is completed correctly and in a timely manner. Most importantly, this position is to ensure that the customer leaves happy and will continue to return for all future service needs.

The dealership carries Polaris, Yamaha, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, and Can-Am brands and has a strong snowmobile sales & service business. The Opportunity:

The main focus for a Service Advisor is to provide EXCELLENT Customer Service with every customer. Make recommendations on service needs. Create great relationships and trust with customers. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information. Be a liaison between the customer and the technician. Be a great team player to ensure that the vehicle is completed correctly and in a timely manner. Most importantly, this position is to ensure that the customer leaves happy and will continue to return for all future service needs. This position offers strong compensation in the $70,000 - $80,000 range dependent upon experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service to increase Customer Satisfaction Scores
- Create and keep track of repair orders
- Gather vehicle information and service needs from the customer
- Greet all incoming customers in a welcoming and friendly manner
- Provide quotes and detailed documentation
- Create and maintain great relationships with potential customers and current customers
- Keep area neat and clean
- Give service recommendations
- Answer incoming service calls
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Service Advisor experience. Powersports and Snowmobile experience a plus!
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized
- Previous experience and/or technical certification in repairing/troubleshooting snowmobile and off-road vehicles (any brand) a plus.
- BRP & Polaris training and knowledge are a plus
- Proven track record of productivity and efficiency
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Problem-solving and resolution skills
