The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and strategic OEM Sales & Business Manager to spearhead efforts to reenergize their brand, drive growth and revenue, and integrate their product offerings in the RV manufacturing space. This person will be instrumental in developing and executing business strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, and leading a forward-thinking team. It’s an ideal role for someone with strong industry relationships and a proven track record in business development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key executives in the RV manufacturing industry
  • Expand market share through strategic engagement and holistic business approaches
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to integrate products at the design stage
  • Oversee full programs from corporate to plant levels, managing cross-functional projects
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives to meet revenue goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly
  • Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, and procurement teams to forecast product demand
  • Manage additional business segments in OEM plumbing and marine markets

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the RV manufacturing industry, on the aftermarket/supplier side, with clearly established, deep industry connections across all sectors
  • Strong business acumen and ability to capture new opportunities
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and/or ERP systems
