This position reports directly to the owner and you will have the opportunity to work across or choose from four locations. - Base salary range between $120K-$150K based on experience and verified salary history

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations
- Participate in strategic financial decisions
- Ability to streamline and improve dealer operations
- Create and interpret management reports
- Liaison with finance companies and banks
- Audit and track accounting processes: A/P, A/R, PO, bank reconciliation & more
- Collaborate with CPA for tax reporting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in a retail dealership environment
- Marine/RV/Powersports dealership experience preferred
- 3+ years' experience managing daily accounting operations
- 3+ years' experience with P&L management reporting
- Familiarity with Lightspeed dealer management systems is a plus
- Must have organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Self-sufficiency is a must
- Degree in accounting preferred
