The Opportunity:
The client seeks a passionate Regional Service Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to provide strategic and operational leadership of the service function across multiple marina locations. This role holds ultimate accountability for service department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Regional Service Manager drives process standardization, technician productivity, financial performance, and cross-functional coordination, and collaborates with Marina Managers to ensure seamless integration of service operations within each facility. Regular off-site travel (short driving distance) is required. The client has extensive growth plans, providing ample career growth opportunities for this Regional Service Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Regional Marina Manager and Marina Managers to maintain positive alignment between marina operations and service activities
- Lead and oversee service operations across marina locations, ensuring consistent execution of standards and processes
- Monitor job throughput, backlog, rework rates, and efficiency metrics to optimize service department productivity
- Define and track KPIs such as labor margin, parts margin, job cycle time, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews with staff; support training and professional development
- Review service department financials monthly, with emphasis on labor efficiency, parts margin, and job profitability
- Work with the Parts Manager and store team to manage parts sourcing strategy and inventory optimization
- Identify opportunities to grow service revenue through improved capacity management and customer targeting
- Serve as escalation point for major customer concerns, warranty disputes, or high-priority rework
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in Marine Service Manager role
- Strong people/leadership skills and a high EQ
