First of all, we hope that you, your family, your employees and all of your customers are healthy and doing what they can to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Secondly, we want to thank you for your past business and the trust you have with us at Lonski and Associates. It means so much that you have us help you with your biggest asset; your people.
Lonski and Associates continue to operate on a daily basis. Social Distancing isn’t anything that prohibits us from continuing the work that we do since we all work from private or home offices.
Obviously, business for us has slowed as so many of our clients are focused on doing everything they can simply to keep the doors open where possible. We understand these are trying times. We also know that many of you simply will not be making the number of new hires that you typically do or were planning on doing.
This will all be behind us eventually. We all are going to be faced with the upcoming challenges of how to recover from this downturn and will be faced with staffing back up. What will always remain true is that an organization is only as good as its people. We are prepared to assist with future needs and can even start working on projects now that won’t result in hires for some time down the road.
