Bill Stengl

Bill spent more than 25 years in the marine industry leading a family dealership that specialized in providing exceptional products and services to its customers. Bill facilitated the sale of his family’s dealership to a top-tier organization that shared the same values and culture making the transition a positive one for their customer base, employees and community.

Over the years, Bill developed tremendous relationships within the industry through 20-groups, manufacturer partnerships, and industry associations. These relationships, along with strong analytical skills and a sincere desire to serve others, make him uniquely qualified to lead successful talent placements.

Bill is a Summa cum Laude graduate from the University of Minnesota with a degree in business administration. He has served on numerous civic and non-profit boards and committees. Bill is an active private pilot and aircraft owner, which he leverages to facilitate business and leisure travel.
