LOUIS DODARO

Louis is a seasoned executive search professional with more than 20 years of recruitment experience. Throughout his career, he has successfully placed talent across the spectrum from entry-level to the C-Suite for small privately held firms to Fortune Global 500 companies. Louis started his career as a Sales Manager for The North Face and has worked with some of the most prominent search firms in the industry.

Outside of his professional life, Louis is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys riding in the Imperial Sand Dunes, along with cruising and racing sailboats with his family on the Great Lakes. He is also dedicated to sharing his love for adventure with others, volunteering his time with Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing and Life Rolls On to support adaptive athletes.
