This dealer has been a leading operator in their area for many years, and is respected in the industry. They have an opportunity to grow their business and are looking for a Sales Manager with mid-high volume success who can help their team realize their potential.

Our client is a well-established, full line Powersports dealership located in the Mid-Atlantic region. The dealer offers a large inventory of product and has been a leading operator in their area for many years. They are respected and well-known in the industry and have an opportunity to grow their business.


The Opportunity:
Our client currently enjoys solid performance but recognizes the opportunity for significant growth in their business. The client seeks an aggressive Sales Manager with experience across the major brands, who can train and coach a strong and consistent sales process and lead the sales team to greater heights. Capturing the existing sales potential will generate significant earnings growth for the Sales Manager. The role
reports directly to the GM and will be a key part of the organization and its success going forward. This is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and inspire the sales team
  • Capitalize on existing sales growth potential (deliver on growth potential)
  • Create structure and processes that improve traffic & conversions
  • Ensure staff understands and executes sales process


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in mid-high volume Sales Manager role
  • Ability to bring strong process and data-driven approach
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Garage Composites experience a plus
