Focusing on the outdoor recreational industry, our client manufactures over 160 standard trailer models and offers customized solutions, tailoring their lineup of open and enclosed units to meet the specific needs of each dealer based on geographic location, budget, and competition. They have achieved significant growth through a dedication to delivering top-quality aluminum trailer products to the dealer network.
The Opportunity:
The District Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and development while supporting a dealership business model rooted in respect, fairness, honesty, responsibility, and integrity. This role requires a sense of urgency in addressing both customer and dealership needs.
Benefits:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
- Act as the go-to resource for dealers in sales and customer service.
- Achieve sales goals and develop new business.
- Educate dealers on new products and selling points.
- Expand territory sales and maintain dealership relationships.
- Collect market feedback and report to Sales Director.
- Increase brand awareness, preference, and engagement.
- 5+ years of professional outside sales development experience.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel and work effectively within a designated territory.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and an active passport.
