Opportunity:
The National Sales Manager oversees all sales activities to achieve sales targets across product lines. This role is responsible for executing dealer network strategies aimed at improving sales, enhancing customer service capabilities, increasing customer satisfaction, and boosting dealer commitment. The position directs the activities of the Field Sales team and dealer development initiatives, such as training and network planning. The National Sales Manager collaborates closely with the management team and supporting groups to prioritize regional managers' activities, while effectively managing expenses related to the Field Sales organization.

Essential Job Functions:
- Set and achieve sales targets with management teams.
- Organize sales meetings and dealer conventions.
- Manage field sales recruitment, retention, and training.
- Monitor sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Approve dealer improvement strategies and create sales programs.
- Oversee regional budgets and marketing spend.
- Ensure access to sales and product training.
- Plan competitive product and dealer strategy training for DMs.
- Monitor dealer participation in training programs.
- Oversee dealer performance and recruitment.
- Approve dealer training content and new dealer onboarding.
- Help DMs with product mix and regional needs.
- Lead internal and external sales teams.
- Develop strategic business plans and dealer management programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
- 10+ years of sales and dealer network management.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Knowledge of recreational products and watercraft industry preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Extensive travel required.
