Essential Job Functions:
- Promote and sell products in the assigned territory.
- Manage dealer relationships, inventory, and credit lines.
- Visit customers regularly to build strong relationships.
- Forecast product needs using dealer data and market trends.
- Achieve sales targets and develop dealer business plans.
- Track sales programs and report market conditions.
- Support retail sales at dealer events and trade shows.
- Assist with customer issues and provide product feedback.
- Contribute to product development by identifying trends.
- Conduct sales and marketing training for dealer staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Extensive travel within the territory.
- Must reside in the territory.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales software.
