The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing two dealership operations, with a focus on driving sales, optimizing parts and service operations, and ensuring overall profitability. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day leadership across sales, parts, and service departments for both locations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop department managers and team members to enhance productivity, professionalism, and customer service.
• Establish and maintain a positive, customer-focused culture that aligns with the company’s core values and vision.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and market share in the Powersports industry.
• Monitor and adjust pricing, promotions, and inventory to optimize sales volume and profitability.
• Analyze sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities and maximize performance across both locations.
• Oversee daily operations for sales, parts, and service departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels, order parts, and maintain stock to meet customer demand while controlling costs.
• Set and monitor department budgets and financial goals, including revenue targets, cost control, and profitability benchmarks.
• Track financial performance, analyze P&L statements, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service, product knowledge, and post-sale support.


Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a General Manager or leadership role, preferably within the Powersports, automotive, or a related retail industry. Powersports experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Powersports products and an understanding of dealership operations (sales, parts, and service).
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals while managing budgets and financial performance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team-building.
• Proficient in dealership management software (Lightspeed) and Microsoft Office Suite.
