Our Client:My client, a progressive Powersports dealer, part of a high-volume dealer group, seeks a professional Parts Manager to run their team. The dealer enjoys strong Parts sales but has a much higher potential due to their brisk traffic and unit sales. The Opportunity:
The Parts Manager will run a busy Parts team and have full responsibility for the dealership’s Parts performance. The successful candidate will bring strong retail sales and inventory management skills, leadership traits, coaching ability, and a track record of success in a Parts Management role. They will be responsible for hitting dealership Parts and Inventory targets and cultivating an environment that promotes customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, coach, and mentor Parts team to success
 - Provide positive day-to-day team leadership
 - Provide customers with excellent customer service
 - Establish and maintain a positive, customer-focused culture
 - Build long-term customer relationships
 
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume dealership
 - Deep Powersports Parts and product knowledge
 - Energetic team player with advanced leadership and people skills
 - Strong retail sales and inventory management skills
 - Full understanding of dealership operations
