We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Powersports General Manager with five-plus years of experience in managing all aspects of a dealership for one of our client’s stores. This store represents Polaris, Indian, CFMoto, Triumph & more. This position is responsible for creating a performance-based culture, growth strategy, maximizing ROI, managing the P&L, and building synergy and collaboration between departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and growth for the team
  • Build a short and long-term growth strategy for the business
  • Improve the customer experience
  • Create a performance-based culture with accountability

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of General Manager experience in a Powersports dealership
  • Demonstrated success in a General Manager role
  • Process- and data-driven approach while building a company culture
  • Must be a team player and act with integrity and honesty daily
  • Passion for the business and strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Dealership software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and improve the P&L
  • Proven track record of productivity and efficiency
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Problem-solving and resolution skills
