Expanding Harley-Davidson dealer group in the Carolinas, recognized for its commitment to training, sales processes, retail best practices, and enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson brand.
The Opportunity:
An experienced and proven Harley-Davidson retail Apparel & Licensing (A&L) Manager, also known as a Motorclothes Manager, is needed to lead the A&L department. This role provides a potential career path toward becoming a Multi-store A&L Director.
Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary & Incentive Compensation Plan
- Total Annual Earning Potential: $60,000 - $80,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage employees and operations of the A&L department.
- Coordinate sales, promotions, and advertising.

Qualifications:
- Experience with retail sales management and inventory management.
- Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson dealership products or the ability to quickly learn them.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale and Inventory Management software or the ability to quickly learn it.
