Located in a premier market in the Southeast region with access to great riding. The Opportunity:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales growth plan.
- Implement structured processes to improve traffic and conversion rates.
- Ensure consistently high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction throughout the sales team.
- Drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement a community engagement plan to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a Sales Manager role.
- Process and data-driven approach while fostering a positive sales culture.
- Must be a team player who acts with integrity and honesty daily.
- Passion for the business and strong leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Experience in driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in dealership software (Lightspeed preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in prior Sales Management roles
