Located in a premier market in the Southeast region with access to great riding. My client offers a dynamic and performance-driven work environment in a first class facility with a focus on customer experience.

The Opportunity:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales growth plan.
  • Implement structured processes to improve traffic and conversion rates.
  • Ensure consistently high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction throughout the sales team.
  • Drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a community engagement plan to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in a Sales Manager role.
  • Process and data-driven approach while fostering a positive sales culture.
  • Must be a team player who acts with integrity and honesty daily.
  • Passion for the business and strong leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Experience in driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in dealership software (Lightspeed preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in prior Sales Management roles
