With a sales team of up to 10 people and plans to expand, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced GSM to showcase their leadership skills while developing a strategic sales growth plan that enhances customer experience, improves traffic and conversions, and drives revenue.

A progressive, multi-line powersports dealership in the Midwest region. This dealer carries premium OEM brand product lines and is a leader in the Off-Road market. They are a full-service destination with access to trails and demo opportunities right outside their front door and offer a full-service off-road rental business. Located in the Midwest, this unique dealership provides an unmatched off-road experience and vacation spot, easily accessible to the world, less than 150 miles from two major cities and airports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team
- Create a performance-based sales culture to maximize both front-end and back-end sales
- Train, mentor, and expand the sales team
- Hold the sales team accountable
- Develop a strategic sales growth plan, incorporating structure and processes to improve traffic and conversions
- Ensure a consistently high level of internal and external customer satisfaction across the sales team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a General Sales Manager role at a multi-line, fast-paced dealership.
- Ability to create and implement structured sales processes and strategies.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing sales teams.
- Process and data-driven approach while fostering a positive team culture.
- Demonstrated success in driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience with dealership software (Lightspeed preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Polaris and/or BRP experience preferred
