The Opportunity:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all Parts & Service departments across all dealership locations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and satisfaction metrics
- Monitor departmental performance, profitability, and KPIs
- Collaborate with general managers and department heads to align goals and performance
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of Parts & Service personnel
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Parts & Service department leadership
- Industry experience in marine, RV or powersports is required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven track record of improving department performance and profitability
- Comfortable working in a multi-location, high-volume environment
- Lightspeed experience a plus
