Human Resources Manager

A thriving boat dealership with two strategic locations, experiencing exceptional growth. Built on core values of customer promise, accountability, and teamwork.

The Opportunity:
This full-time on-site role reports directly to the owner and includes managing HR functions across both dealership locations, contributing to leadership strategy, and fostering a positive culture aligned with company growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs
  • Participate in strategic leadership meetings
  • Advise owner and management on HR matters
  • Manage benefits, compensation, and compliance
  • Foster a workplace culture based on company values
  • Lead performance and development programs
  • Primary office with regular travel between both dealership locations

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience managing multi-location staff
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Marine industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
