Human Resources Manager

The Opportunity:
This full-time on-site role reports directly to the owner and includes managing HR functions across both dealership locations, contributing to leadership strategy, and fostering a positive culture aligned with company growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs
- Participate in strategic leadership meetings
- Advise owner and management on HR matters
- Manage benefits, compensation, and compliance
- Foster a workplace culture based on company values
- Lead performance and development programs
- Primary office with regular travel between both dealership locations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience managing multi-location staff
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Marine industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
