My client is a well-established powersports dealership in the upper Midwest region, renowned in the industry and dedicated to promoting long-term employment through attractive compensation and work-life balance for staff. They have been a presence in the motorcycle market for 25+ years. The dealership carries Honda, Polaris, Yamaha brands and more. Plus has a strong service business with excellent reviews (4.2/5).

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the service team to deliver best-in-class customer service while meeting production goals
  • Provide steady leadership and communication with the team and customers
  • Facilitate training and guidance for the service department
  • Coordinate with OEM reps and manage OEM updates
  • Manage the CSI programs for new and used products
  • Provide department reports to management
  • Participate in leadership team meetings
  • Collaborate with management and other department leads to improve customer service
  • Be CSI focused

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of powersports service manager experience
  • Previous experience and/or technical certification in repairing/troubleshooting motorcycles and off-road vehicles (any brand)
  • Honda & Polaris training, certifications, and experience required
  • Lightspeed experience required
  • Proven track record of productivity and efficiency
  • Positive and solution-oriented leadership style
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • CSI focused approach
