General Manager – Southeast Marine Dealer


Our Client:
Our client is a respected marine dealership with a long-standing reputation for excellence in sales, service, and customer satisfaction. Operating for multiple decades and with two locations, the business has shown consistent growth and commitment to high performance and an empowered team culture. With 10+ major industry boat brands, this organization is poised for its next phase of growth and is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of the locations.

The Opportunity:

Benefits:

  • Base salary up to $125,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all dealership operations
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for sales and service growth
  • Mentor and empower department managers and staff
  • Drive employee engagement and maintain a strong team culture
  • Report on KPIs and financial performance to ownership
  • Uphold customer satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Improve team morale and internal communication
  • Drive Revenue Growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership in dealership or retail operations (marine or powersports preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales, service, and parts performance drivers
  • Ability to develop and lead a high-performing team
  • Collaborative leadership style – no micromanagement
  • Experience with Lightspeed or similar DMS is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on growth and operational excellence
