The Opportunity:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Parts Manager at our Indianapolis location. You will oversee all parts operations including inventory management, customer service, vendor relations, and staff supervision while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of parts department operations including inventory control and ordering
- Supervise parts department staff and provide training and development
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing agreements
- Ensure accurate parts identification and customer service excellence
- Monitor parts sales performance and profitability metrics
- Coordinate with service department to ensure parts availability for repairs
- Implement inventory management systems and maintain optimal stock levels
- Some handling of warranty claims and returns processing
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with core values
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marine parts management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of marine engines, parts, and accessories preferred
- Experience with inventory management systems and software
- Ability to read parts diagrams and technical manuals
- High school diploma required; associate degree or technical certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
