The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven OEM Sales & Business Manager to lead growth initiatives, revitalize brand presence, and strengthen customer relationships across the RV manufacturing sector and adjacent OEM markets, including plumbing and marine. This is a pivotal leadership role for a business-minded sales professional who can seamlessly navigate between executive boardrooms and manufacturing floors, building credibility and delivering solutions that drive measurable value. This individual must also be a strategic communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders at every level, from internal teams to C-suite executives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build, nurture, and expand high-level relationships with key decision-makers in the RV manufacturing industry and adjacent markets
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to clients, offering solutions that align with their product development and operational objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to integrate products early in the design phase and accurately forecast market demand.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in RV, plumbing, and marine OEM channels
  • Translate market data, customer feedback, and industry trends into strategic recommendations
  • Manage comprehensive programs from corporate partnerships to plant-level execution
  • Maintain full command of the sales cycle — from prospecting and quoting to negotiation and closing

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience within the RV manufacturing industry, with a strong network of executive contacts
  • Proven success in business development, strategic account management, and OEM relationships
  • Exceptional leadership with a history of building high-performing sales teams
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage executive leadership, internal teams, and prospective clients
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill data into actionable strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and ERP systems (Dynamics D365 preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel
