Fixed Operations Manager

Our client is hiring a Fixed Operations Manager for one of their premier on-water marinas with a full-service and parts department. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the Parts, Service, and Storage business at this location. Success in this role could lead to advancement into a Fixed Operations Director-level position. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience from the marine or powersports industry, with five or more years in marine or mechanical service leadership and hands-on leadership of service technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all Parts, Service and Storage operations
- Drive revenue and profitability growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and satisfaction metrics
- Monitor departmental performance, profitability, and KPIs
- Provide leadership to a staff of 15+
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of Parts & Service personnel
- Implement cost-saving measures and improve throughput
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marine and/or mechanical service department leadership
- Industry experience in marine, RV, or powersports is required; marine is preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven track record of improving department performance and profitability
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment; multi-location experience is a plus
- Lightspeed experience is a plus
- Experience in managing large volume boat storage business is a plus
