Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a clear vision and strategic plan
- Working with team to ensure product portfolio development is based on strong market research, analysis, and well-resourced execution
- Continue to develop the existing team, make key personnel changes, and address talent gaps to build the strongest team possible
- Serve as the face of the organization and cultivate relationships with the dealer network
- Leverage shared corporate resources to drive performance
- Oversee sales, finance, manufacturing, distribution, parts, and customer service operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field
- MBA preferred but not required
- Minimum 15+ years of marine industry experience
- A student of the marine industry
