Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership across Service department
  • Establish and maintain a positive, customer-focused culture that aligns with the company’s core values and vision
  • Maintain target Service metrics
  • Commitment to supporting the Sales Department and overall dealership

Qualifications:
  • High-volume Service Management experience and track record of success in Powersports, Automotive, or related industry
  • Motivated team player with energetic and personable demeanor
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a high-volume, process-driven environment
  • Ability to achieve high customer satisfaction
