Our client is seeking an experienced Business Manager to support all aspects of their Finance & Insurance office. This position will focus on processing credit applications, funding deals, and assisting in sales management. Based at their main location and largest facility this role supports both the Marine and Powersports sales teams and plays a key role in delivering a superior customer experience.

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Manager to support all aspects of their Finance & Insurance office. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales department as Business Manager
  • Act as secondary desk manager supporting the GSM
  • Conduct daily huddles and one-on-ones with sales staff
  • Implement and reinforce sales process
  • Assist with departmental budgeting and goal setting
  • Present and sell F&I products to customers
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
  • Support licensing, titling, and customer service flow
  • Process credit applications and verify customer info
  • Communicate clearly with customers about financing and titling
  • Work with lenders to optimize finance opportunities
  • Assist in training sales and business staff
  • Help resolve customer issues in-store in coordination with GSM
  • Attend in-person meetings as required

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I) or Business Management in marine or powersports industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to process high transaction volume
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Knowledge of licensing, titling, and lender processes
