Account Manager – RV

Our Client:
Our client is a global manufacturer and innovator in clean energy products, with a growing footprint across the RV and Marine industries. Best known for their solar power and energy storage solutions, they supply a wide range of products used in off-grid, mobile, and outdoor applications. Their business blends hardware innovation, software integration, and a growing OEM channel presence — all driven by a passionate leadership team and a deep belief in expanding access to independent energy. With an international supply chain and ambitious goals for OEM growth, they’re focused on building scalable systems and lasting partnerships within the RV sector.

The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a customer-centric Account Manager to oversee key B2B relationships and support the growth of their clean energy product lines. The focus will be the RV industry, but other industries are relevant and applicable to the position duties. Based in the Inland Empire region of Southern California, this role manages day-to-day account activity, identifies and capitalizes on growth opportunities, and ensures partner satisfaction across strategic accounts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, and an organized problem-solver who can collaborate across teams to drive adoption of innovative solar and energy storage solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture key account relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business models, product applications, and long-term goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, logistics, and engineering
  • Provide regular account updates, conduct business reviews, and present performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to grow account revenue through new products, applications, or programs
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns
  • Support forecasting, order processing, and inventory alignment
  • Maintain accurate records and communications using CRM systems
  • Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and partner meetings
  • Stay informed on product developments, market trends, and competitive activity

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B client-facing roles
  • Experience in a technical, hardware, or manufacturing setting preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, engineering, or logistics
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally
