We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead, grow, and innovate its wholesale and professional customer business. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve the vision and go-to-market strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Drive new business development and market expansion efforts
  • Lead and manage the Sales team with performance-driven leadership
  • Oversee sales planning, execution, and pipeline development
  • Direct P&L strategy, including pricing and margin improvements
  • Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and promotions
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships
  • Evaluate and improve sales processes and tools
  • Mentor and develop sales talent; manage resource needs
  • Monitor competitive trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with key departments
  • Champion a data-driven culture with KPI and customer insights

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in retail, marine, or wholesale industries
  • Minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role with strategic and operational oversight
  • Proven experience in P&L management and cross-functional leadership
  • Track record of growing sales teams and expanding into new markets
  • Strong understanding of the marine industry and wholesale distribution models
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and financial skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM tools a plus
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
