The Opportunity:
As Sales Director, you will oversee the performance and development of our global dealer network. You’ll be responsible for driving wholesale and retail sales, supporting dealer success, and ensuring brand consistency across all markets. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on partnership with our valued dealer partners and end clients. You’ll lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate relationships with our dealer network, and collaborate with marketing and product development to ensure their offerings exceed expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy focused on dealer growth and performance
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development managers and brand ambassadors
  • Establish and manage the company’s dealer distribution network
  • Set and monitor sales targets, pricing strategies, and inventory planning
  • Conduct regular dealer visits, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Manage and improve the selling process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and clients
  • Identify new market opportunities, including international expansion
  • Represent the brand at global boat shows and events
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer experience expectations
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and events with sales goals
  • Implement dealer programs, agreements, and incentives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and dealer needs

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in marine, luxury automotive, or RV industries
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value clients
  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline and a customer-first mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics and expectations
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with CRM systems
  • Experienced in data-driven sales strategies, forecasting, and analytics
  • Demonstrated success managing global dealer/distributor networks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
