The Opportunity:
The client seeks a passionate, driven, and results-oriented F&I Manager with experience in Powersports, Automotive or related industries required. The F&I Manager will be responsible for selling the full menu of F&I products, achieving penetration goals, maintaining compliance, documentation accuracy, and lender relationships. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer credit applications, negotiate loan terms with lenders, and structure deals to align with dealership and lender guidelines
- Present full menu of financing options, extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services to customers
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Prepare and process necessary financial documents accurately and promptly
- Engage with customers to determine their financing needs, explain available options, and guide them through the purchasing process
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless customer experience and provide training on F&I products and procedures
- Track and monitor F&I performance metrics, including product penetration rates and lender relationships
Qualifications:
- F&I experience and track record of success in Powersports, Automotive or related industry
- Motivated team player with energetic and personable demeanor
- Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a high-volume process driven environment
- Ability to achieve high customer satisfaction
