Success in this role requires having a deep and thorough understanding of the powersports industry, especially the dealer network. The ability to establish efficiencies through process and organizational structure, accountability and approach. This executive will establish a growth strategy that will include driving meaningful sales results, by executing on a plan that includes strong customer engagement, organizational structure, accountability and P&L performance.

One of the powersports industry’s fastest growing OEM’s for UTV’s and ATV’s for recreation, agriculture and utility. Their foundation is based on ”Good Price, Good Quality and Good Service.” They offer 20+ models and have a 300,000 sq foot facility from where they service and supply their dealers across North America.
The Opportunity:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the vision and go-to-market strategy aligned with company objectives
- Drive new business development and dealer network expansion efforts
- Lead and manage the Sales team with performance-driven leadership
- Oversee sales planning, execution, and pipeline development
- Direct P&L strategy, including pricing and margin improvements
- Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and promotions
- Build and maintain key customer relationships
- Evaluate and improve sales processes and tools
- Mentor and develop sales talent; manage resource needs
- Monitor competitive trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with key departments
- Champion a data-driven culture with KPI and customer insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the powersports wholesale industry
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role with strategic and operational oversight
- Proven experience in P&L management and cross-functional leadership
- Track record of growing sales teams and expanding into new markets
- Strong understanding of the powersports industry, its OEM’s and wholesale distribution models
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and financial skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM tools a plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
