The Opportunity:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with U.S.-based dealers, distributors, and key retail accounts to maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement joint business plans with partners to increase market share.
- Align product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies with brand objectives.
- Track sell-in and sell-through performance, identifying growth opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify and onboard new partners.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements while protecting brand value.
- Support strong retail execution through training, merchandising, and marketing assets.
- Partner with Marketing on events, trade shows, launches, and campaigns to boost visibility.
- Provide market feedback to product development on trends and customer needs.
- Maintain sales forecasts and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
- Track KPIs including sell-through rates, order frequency, and account growth.
- Collaborate with sales operations and logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or channel development, ideally in tactical gear, sporting goods, outdoor, or related industries.
- Proven success managing dealer/distributor networks in the U.S. market.
- Strong understanding of B2B2C sales dynamics (dealer sell-in and consumer sell-through).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales reporting.
- Ability to travel domestically for account visits, trade shows, and events, and 2–4 times annually overseas for meetings and training.
