Our client is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Manager to support all aspects of their Sales and Business process. This position will focus on leading a sales team of 4-6 strong with a 100% focus on marine products. The position will also be a F&I producer, processing credit applications, funding deals, and meeting production goals. Based at their premier marine location in one of the wealthies communities in the country this role provides BIG financial opportunities. It supports the sales team and plays a key role in delivering a superior customer experience anf F&I production.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales department as a Business Manager
  • Sales Manager; Lead the part of the sales team, train, motivate and desk deals
  • Conduct daily huddles and one-on-ones with sales staff
  • Implement and reinforce sales process
  • Assist with departmental budgeting and goal setting
  • Present and sell F&I products to customers
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
  • Support licensing, titling, and customer service flow
  • Process credit applications and verify customer info
  • Communicate clearly with customers about financing and titling
  • Work with lenders to optimize finance opportunities
  • Help resolve customer issues

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I) or Business Management in marine, powersports, auto or RV industry preferred
  • 3+ years in Sales Management, marine, powersports or RV industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to process high transaction volume
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Knowledge of licensing, titling, and lender processes
  • Personal passion for boating, boat ownership and the boating lifestyle a big plus
