Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on all Harley-Davidson models.
- Use factory tools, diagnostic systems, and technical resources to ensure precise and efficient service.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold the highest quality standards.
- Stay current with Harley-Davidson University certifications and service bulletins.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance shop culture.
- Deliver service that reflects the pride, quality, and heritage of the Harley-Davidson brand.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Harley-Davidson powertrain, electrical, and chassis systems.
- Current Harley-Davidson factory certifications strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor within a service team.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, self-driven, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Valid motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record preferred.
