Luxury Yacht Sales Professional

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust client base through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow up
  • Manage the full sales process from inquiry to closing, including trade evaluations, sea trials, financing coordination, and documentation
  • Represent the dealership at major regional and national boat shows, with a particularly strong presence at premier industry shows
  • Leverage the CRM system to manage leads, record customer interactions, and ensure consistent follow up
  • Collaborate closely with service, marketing, and management teams to ensure seamless aftersales experiences and long term client satisfaction
  • Stay abreast of industry and market trends, competitor products, and emerging products and buying trends within the luxury marine sector
  • Contribute to the dealership’s continued growth through professionalism, consistency, and the utilization of a white-glove, client-first mindset

Qualifications:
  • Several years or proven success in luxury marine sales
  • Strong understanding of the boating lifestyle and Pacific Northwest market dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
  • Highly organized and self motivated, with disciplined use of DMS, CRM tools, and lead management practices
  • Ability to travel regionally and nationally for major boat shows and client events as needed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to long term client relationships and brand representation
