The dealership represents leading OEM brands across powersports and equipment and is positioned for significant expansion under experienced leadership. The location is a Beautiful Midwest location — a very good place to live and raise a family; safe, affordable, and community-oriented.
The Opportunity:
This is a senior leadership role with full operational and financial responsibility for a single-location dealership. The General Manager will lead the business through a growth phase, scaling annual revenue from approximately $10MM to $20MM over the next three years while maintaining operational excellence, strong margins, and a high-performance culture. The role offers full authority at the dealership level, direct access to ownership, and the opportunity to build and lead a best-in-class management team in a hands-on environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership for dealership performance, culture, and long-term growth
- Lead all departments within a single-location operation
- Execute a growth strategy
- Coach, develop, and hold departmental managers accountable within a KPI-driven culture
- Maintain full responsibility for P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and expense control
- Optimize service throughput, technician efficiency, parts inventory accuracy, and sales performance
- Implement and manage consistent processes and KPIs across all departments
- Serve as primary dealership contact for OEMs and vendors, ensuring compliance and maximizing support
- Exercise full authority over hiring, termination, inventory purchasing, and pricing within approved guidelines
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience within a powersports, equipment, agricultural, or construction dealership environment
- Proven success scaling a single-location dealership
- Strong financial acumen with direct P&L ownership
- Experience managing multi-brand OEM relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead experienced managers and department heads
- Data-driven, decisive, and growth-oriented leadership style
- Comfortable being hands-on in a smaller dealership environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills
