Multi-Location Controller

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior-level accounting leadership role with a well-established, privately owned RV dealership group operating multiple locations across Texas. The organization is known for its long employee tenure, disciplined financial management, and hands-on ownership, making this a true succession hire as the current Controller prepares for retirement after many years with the company. The role offers end-to-end responsibility for multi-location financial operations, direct access to ownership, and the opportunity to influence decision-making while maintaining strong day-to-day controls. With a reputation as a high-quality place to build a long-term career, this position is ideally suited for an experienced multi-rooftop Controller seeking stability, trust, and meaningful impact within a growing dealership organization.
