The Opportunity:
The dealership is seeking a full-time F&I Manager to join its winning team. This role is ideal for a high-energy motorcycle enthusiast who is honest, motivated, outgoing, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The F&I Manager plays a key role in dealership profitability while guiding customers through the purchase process and welcoming them into the Harley-Davidson family.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct all business office operations related to finance, insurance, and extended service programs
  • Generate revenue and profit through the sale of finance, insurance, and extended service products on new and used motorcycles
  • Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with factory and non-factory finance sources
  • Recruit and maintain a strong market base for finance and insurance products using proactive sales techniques
  • Analyze departmental performance and implement effective problem-solving strategies
  • Employ responsible accounting practices, including budgeting and internal controls
  • Set monthly sales objectives, achieve established goals, and prepare requested reports
  • Submit finance paperwork and obtain approvals from lending sources
  • Forecast finance performance in coordination with the sales department
  • Maintain accurate files for insurance and financial agencies, including F&I logbooks
  • Prepare monthly finance penetration and performance reports
