The Opportunity:
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales operations within the dealership and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires strong management skills, an in-depth knowledge of the Harley-Davidson brand, and a passion for motorcycles. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and work closely with the dealership’s management team to contribute to the overall growth and success of the dealership.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for hiring, coaching, developing, and motivating sales staff
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives
- Responsible for the Business Office
- Ability to coach and drive a strong sales process and customers
Qualifications:
- Motivated team player with energetic and personable demeanor
- Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a high-volume process driven environment
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing sales team.
- Successful experience managing profitability; proven financial and business acumen
- Must have motorcycle endorsement and valid driver's license
