This progressive, multi-location H-D group is seeking a General Sales Manager to oversee the sales organization of two dealerships in their desirable year-round Southeast market. The Opportunity:
The General Sales Manager will oversee all sales operations across two Harley-Davidson dealerships, including a coastal location with a proven history of success, and a second store in a newer facility with strong demographics and significant growth potential. This role leads and develops a team of motivated professionals, driving sales performance, accountability, and culture. Travel between both locations is required, offering a rare opportunity with a highly regarded H-D outfit.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Full responsibility for hiring, coaching, developing, and motivating sales staff
  • Achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Oversight and responsibility for the Business Office
  • Coaching and driving a strong, disciplined sales process and customer experience

Qualifications:
  • Motivated team player with an energetic and personable demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a high-volume, process-driven environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing sales team
  • Proven success managing profitability with strong financial and business acumen
  • Motorcycle endorsement and valid driver’s license required
