Marine Technician

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Marine Technician seeking both professional variety and a meaningful lifestyle change. The role is based in a remote, destination-driven recreational region known for its natural beauty, limited competition, and strong seasonal service demand. The operation is well established, professionally run, and intentionally focused on expanding and improving its service capabilities to meet growing demand in the area. Technicians in this role are exposed to a wide range of boats, engines, and systems, with no two days looking the same, and are given the autonomy to work independently while playing a hands-on role in shaping an efficient, high-quality service operation. For those looking to escape the rat race of life, and step away from high-volume dealership environments and into a setting that values craftsmanship, accountability, and quality of life, this represents a rare and genuinely attractive long-term opportunity.
