The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking experienced RV Technicians to join their service team at their newest location in Arkansas. This hands-on role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of recreational vehicles with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail. From electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to slide-outs, appliances, and exterior components, the RV Technician will apply broad technical expertise to ensure every unit meets quality and safety standards. In addition to completing repairs, this position plays a key role in maintaining thorough service documentation, supporting team members, and contributing product and warranty feedback to improve overall operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, and structural components
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs efficiently and accurately to meet productivity goals
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify necessary repairs and communicate findings to service advisors or customers
  • Complete and process all work orders, warranty claims, and service documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance protocols in daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment including proper care of tools and equipment
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles and specialty equipment as assigned
  • Provide product, warranty, and performance feedback to the service and aftermarket teams to improve operations and customer satisfaction
  • Assist fellow technicians with complex repairs or heavy tasks as needed
  • Participate in manufacturer, industry, and in-house training to stay current on new technologies, products, and repair procedures

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RV Technician in a dealership, dedicated service center, or mobile RV service environment
  • Certified RV Technician through RVTI, RVTAA, or NRVTA (strongly preferred, but not required)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, LP appliances, and other RV systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Proficient in the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
  • Familiarity with warranty processes and parts procurement procedures
  • Strong desire to provide the highest quality customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through on documentation and repairs
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines and company processes
