The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-oriented professional to take ownership of a key role supporting both fixed operations and customer deliveries. Acting as the bridge between customers and multiple dealership departments, this individual will coordinate RV deliveries, facilitate communication between teams, identify opportunities to recommend valuable products and services, and support the ongoing success of the dealership's parts and camp store operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule RV deliveries while serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the delivery process.
- Review purchase agreements, accessory selections, and delivery requirements to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between sales, service, parts, finance, and customers to facilitate timely and successful vehicle deliveries.
- Manage all customer interactions on delivery day, ensuring a professional, informative, and positive ownership experience.
- Conduct customer delivery orientations and walkthroughs, educating new owners on RV features, systems, operational procedures, and best practices for successful ownership.
- Introduce customers to aftersales support resources, service processes, and ownership programs.
- Educate customers on available products, accessories, upgrades, and services that enhance their RV ownership experience.
- Develop and present customized accessory packages and upgrade options tailored to customer preferences, lifestyle needs, and travel plans.
- Process parts and accessory sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist walk-in customers with parts, accessories, and in-store purchases while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store environment with fresh displays, promotional items, and seasonal offerings.
- Work closely with marketing and department leaders to support promotions, special offers, and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with team members to maintain proper stock levels and product availability.
- Assist with inventory management activities, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and identifying slow-moving inventory.
- Maintain a high degree of current knowledge of RV parts, accessories, dealership offerings, and industry trends.
- Consistently demonstrate professionalism, dependability, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a customer facing dealership role is required. Candidates with experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Parts Sales Representative, RV Sales Professional, Marine Sales Professional, Powersports Sales Professional, or similar dealership-based position are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Sales minded, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently discuss products, services, pricing, and purchasing decisions with customers.
- Proven sales aptitude with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend value added products, services, and solutions at the time of and after the sale.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and customer interactions in a fast paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering a consistent and professional customer experience.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and operational priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams, including sales, service, parts, and finance.
- Comfortable utilizing computer systems, dealership management software, point of sale systems, and other technology platforms.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer first mindset.
- Ability to maintain a 5-day work week that includes: every Saturday on, every Sunday off, and one additional weekday off, with the flexibility to adjust the day of the week that you are off as desired.
