Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads generated through phone, website, email, social media, manufacturer, and third-party sources.
  • Develop, manage, and consistently work a personal sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend appropriate boats, engines, trailers, accessories, and financing solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, sales worksheets, and other required sales documentation utilizing dealership CRM tools.

  • Develop repeat and referral business by maintaining strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate closely with management, finance, service, parts, and delivery personnel to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Protect gross profit while providing a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in boat shows, dealership events, promotional activities, and other sales initiatives.
  • Work with marketing team to create ongoing social media content.
  • Work effectively with the dealership's existing customer database and digital lead-generation channels to identify additional opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach from the initial inquiry through final delivery.
