We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Powersports General Manager with five-plus years of experience in managing all aspects of a dealership for one of our client’s stores. This store represents Honda, Polaris, CAN-AM, SEA-DOO, Arctic Cat, CFMOTO, & more. This position is responsible for creating a performance-based culture, growth strategy, maximizing ROI, managing the P&L, and building synergy and collaboration between departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and growth for the team
- Build a short and long-term growth strategy for the business
- Improve the customer experience
- Create a performance-based culture with accountability
- Build synergy and cross-department collaboration
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in a Powersports dealership
- Demonstrated success in a General Manager role
- Process- and data-driven approach while building a company culture
- Must be a team player and act with integrity and honesty daily
- Passion for the business and strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated success in driving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Dealership software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and improve the P&L
- Proven track record of productivity and efficiency
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Problem-solving and resolution skills
