This store represents KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, Sherco, CFMOTO, Arctic Cat and Specialized Bikes. This position is responsible for creating a performance-based culture, a profitable growth strategy, maximizing ROI, managing the P&L, and building synergy and collaboration between departments to enhance the overall customer experience. General Manager – Off-Road Powersports Dealer – with Equity Option!

Our Client:
Our client is a well-established premier powersports dealership that caters to the Off-Road and Adventure riding community. They represent premium OEM brands such as KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, Sherco, CFMOTO, Arctic Cat and Specialized Bikes. It is located in a new modern building on a major intersection with high traffic count and visibility. And they have been at this location over 12 years and in the community for 15+ years. They have a passionate and experienced team of 12-15 employees and are very involved in the off-road community and events. The owner places a big emphasis on leadership skills, building a positive culture and is dedicated to promoting long-term employment through attractive compensation and work-life balance for staff. Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of General Manager experience in a Powersports dealership
  • Demonstrated success in a General Manager role
  • Process- and data-driven approach while building a company culture
  • Must be a team player and act with integrity and honesty daily
  • Passion for the business and strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Dealership software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and improve the P&L
  • Proven track record of productivity and efficiency
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Problem-solving and resolution skills
