This position is responsible for creating a performance-based culture, a profitable growth strategy, maximizing ROI, managing the P&L, and building synergy and collaboration between departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications:
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in a Powersports dealership
- Demonstrated success in a General Manager role
- Process- and data-driven approach while building a company culture
- Must be a team player and act with integrity and honesty daily
- Passion for the business and strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated success in driving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Dealership software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and improve the P&L
- Proven track record of productivity and efficiency
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Problem-solving and resolution skills
