Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role owns brand strategy, product marketing, dealer and distributor channel development, co-op advertising programs, television advertising, and affiliate partnerships. This is a marketing leadership role with a proven brand with a lot of teunure. It is an unique opportunity to showcase your skills. The position is ideally based in the Southeast, with hybrid/remote flexibility for candidates in-region and quarterly in-person meetings. Travel of approximately 15–20% is expected.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a 2–3 year marketing strategy encompassing brand positioning, product marketing, and channel development.
- Design, manage, and optimize dealer and distributor co-op advertising programs to maximize participation and fund utilization.
- Lead television advertising initiatives from concept and production through media buying and performance analysis.
- Oversee an educational video and content platform, including strategy, SEO optimization, and multilingual support.
- Select, manage, and hold external agencies accountable across digital, creative, media buying, and PR functions.
- Build and scale affiliate and partnership programs tied to enthusiast events, influencers, and sponsorships.
- Create and deploy dealer marketing toolkits including sell sheets, POP materials, digital assets, and promotional collateral.
- Manage relationships with key national and regional retail partners.
- Own and manage a $600K–$1M+ annual marketing budget with full P&L accountability.
- Lead, coach, and develop internal marketing team members while coordinating external vendors.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations on go-to-market strategy and product launches.
Qualifications:
- 6–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3–5 years in Director or senior leadership roles.
- Required: Direct industry experience in Power Sports, Automotive Aftermarket, or Marine/Outdoor markets.
- Proven success designing and managing dealer/distributor co-op advertising programs.
- Hands-on leadership of television advertising campaigns from concept through ROI analysis.
- Strong agency management experience across creative, media, digital, and PR disciplines.
- Experience building and scaling affiliate or partner programs with measurable performance outcomes.
- Budget leadership experience ($500K–$1M+) with strong financial and analytical acumen.
- Ability to translate technical product specifications into compelling customer and channel-facing messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred; MBA a plus.
