Douglas M. Sexton
President of V20 Recruiting & Consulting, Doug is an elite Powersports recruiter focused on the Recreational and Commercial Marine industry. He brings more than 25 years of marine experience beginning in the early 90s when he entered the business with Outboard Marine Corporation. Relationships with marine OEMs, aftermarket companies, distributors and dealerships are Doug’s specialty. As the marine industry maintains extensive growth, he continues to exceed client expectations and their need for exciting new talent.
Tom Cassidy, Jr.
A former sales executive with Mercury Marine, Tom fell in love with boating as a child and developed his strategies and sales tactics while observing his father’s marine recruiting company. Following his passion, he has spent his career managing and developing strategic Brunswick/Mercury and Dowco Industries OEM accounts, developing marketing solutions and cultivating and cementing crucial dealer relationships. His specialties include Marine Industry OEMs, Boating Aftermarket Companies, Sales and Business Development and Marine Dealer Staffing Needs.
Sam, a native of North Carolina, has diverse industry experience including a 17-year tenure with KTM North America, Inc., as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager and over ten years as the Owner, Dealer Principal and GM for a large four-line Powersports dealership in the Southeast. Before joining the V20 team, Sam enjoyed two years as MSXI-BMW Aftersales Business Manager, Coach, and Consultant. A former racing competitor, Sam still pursues his lifelong passion for off-road riding.
Charles “Skip” Johnson
An expert at finding the right person for the job, Skip’s extensive background gives him the insight to deliver new and creative solutions. His experience includes numerous roles with major motorcycle dealers managing Parts, F&I, and Sales. He later transitioned to motorcycle media where he set records for selling advertising, programs and event promotions. A true enthusiast, Skip also worked for a major Powersports OEM and served as a partner at a PR agency, V-Twin Marketing.
A 10-year Powersports executive with 30 years of management experience, Rollin has held key roles in marketing, sales, service, parts and inventory positions with companies such as Spectro Oils of America, Mustang Seats, Comcast and IKON. His specialty is OEM and large aftermarket manufacturer accounts with a focus on sales, marketing, engineering, and financial positions. Rollin is a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast with more than 100,000 miles logged and an accomplished builder and restorer of custom and vintage motorcycles.
Henry J. Lonski
With more than 30 years in the Marine, Motorcycle and Powersports Industries, Henry brings a deep understanding of recreational industry operations, product development, sales, advertising, staffing, and management with a focus on start-up, sales growth, and network expansion of emerging and established companies. In addition to founding Lonski and Associates, LLC in 2007, his resume includes a variety of notable key roles such as President of Bombardier Marine, Vice-President Sea Doo, Vice-President Bombardier International, and President of Auction123/eBay Motors.
Dan brings more than 30 years of global marine experience with positions spanning engineering to executive to board member. His hands-on expertise with HR, Accounting, Contracts, Personnel Management, Business Development as well as Ship Systems and Technologies gives Dan a valuable perspective on placing the best candidates for his clients. Staffing specialties include Executive, Engineering & Technical Personnel, Sales & Marketing Specialists, Project Management & Field Specialists, Import/Export & Warehouse Specialists and Accounting & Administrative Personnel.
A native of Milwaukee, WI, Mike spent 24 years at Harley-Davidson Motor Company where he worked extensively with customer experience, marketing, and sales programs and is best known for playing an instrumental role in Harley-Davidson’s Motorcycle rental business. He serves a broad set of progressive Powersports and Motorcycle Industry clients across the United States and brings significant OEM, field, and dealer relations experience, and many industry connections to our clients and candidates.
Greg has more than 30 years of RV industry experience as well as an extensive background in Dealership Operations and Process Improvement. His specialties include RV Dealer Operations, Marketing Program Development, Sales Team Expertise, RV Manufacturing, and Collision Repair Centers. Greg is available to help RV industry companies hire managers, professionals or related industry talent looking to transition into the RV industry as well as hiring managers and RV industry professionals.
Recognized nationwide as the preeminent Harley Dealership headhunter, Adam’s reputation as an industry expert along with his extensive referral network, allow him to consistently deliver the very best talent to his clients.
